Our Impact Group is for young people aged 11 to 16.
We meet every Sunday evening in term time from 6.00- 7.15 pm in the Jubilee Room.
In the meetings, we discuss the issues that really matter to us e.g. bullying, racism and homelessness.
Our mission is to truly make an IMPACT! on society about these problems. From this mission, we can make a difference, however small or big, to the world, and improve the ever worsening media image of the British youth.
But it isn't all about being Saints! Some nights we might just play a few games, or chat as a group about what's going on in our lives. We get involved in all sorts of activities; last July, we visited Castlerigg Manor, a youth hostel in the Lake District, with two other Impact groups, where we took part in al sorts of activities and. We all loved it and hope to go again. We will always welcome new members and will make you feel very welcome. The more the merrier!
